A new interim constitution of Syria was adopted on 13 March 2025:

Its Article 6 defines the new
national flag of Syria:
"Article 6:
The Syrian flag is as follows:
The flag takes the form of a rectangle whose length is two thirds of its width.
It includes three rectangles, the top being green, the middle white, and the
bottom black.
In the middle of the flag- the white part- are three red
stars.”
[Its translation is probably wrong, it must be read as width is
two thirds of its length.]
Based on images of the new national flag, the
stars on the white stripe are smaller than they were previously used, their
height is approximately half the height of the white stripe.
