Divided by white with two five-petalled red roses with yellow seeds and red with a white cushion.
The Bettwiesen coat of arms was awarded to the town in 1678 by the Fischingen monastery. The monastery
needed an emblem for the village and therefore adopted the canting arms of the long-defunct
noble family of the Freiherren von Bettwiesen (Bett = bed).
