Shield Argent, three embattled bars Azure, over all a fleur-de-lis Or.
Meaning:
The three bars are taken from the arms of the Marshals of Oberndorf, who had been in service of the Bishopric of Augsburg since 1150 and had been their stewards since 1386. The family owned the village until the 15th century. In 1533 Wolf of Donnersberg, marshal of the bishopric, sold the castle and the Lordship of Oberndorf to the Fugger family. The fleur-de-lis is taken from their family arms.
