Shield barry of Argent, Gules and Sable.
Meaning:
The current municipality was established in 1978 by a merger of the municipalities of Feilitzsch proper, Münchenreuth, Schollenreuth, Unterhartmannsreuth and Zedtwitz. Feilitzsch had been the only one having proper arms and thus the arms were kept in 1978. Since 1365 the Barons of Feilitzsch lived in the village. With permission of the kin the village adopted its family arms. Coloured paintings of the arms are known since 1518. The seal displays the shield and has a black Gothic circumscription "Bayern" (above) and "Gemeinde Feilitzsch" (below). The flag colours are a repetition of the tinctures of the arms.
