Shield Vert abased parted by a fess wavy Argent, an imperial crown Or with gem stones Gules, flanked in chief by two flax blossoms Argent.
Meaning:
Karsbach was first mentioned in 823. Between Karsbach and Aschfeld had been a big imperial estate, represented by the crown. The flax blossoms are representing the local production of linen. The fess wavy is canting and representing the Wern, a creek.
