Shield Argent an impending millwheel Sable over a triplemount issuant Vert.
Meaning:
The watermill's wheel is taken from the arms of the Thainingen kin, who had been in service of the Dukes of Bayern. The kin had also the local cognisance in the village. The triplemount is taken from the arms of the city of Landsberg and is reminding on the fact that Stephan of Schwarzenburg sold the local cognisance to The Hospital of the Holy Spirit in Landsberg in 1367.
