Shield Or two copper mallets Sable in saltire, chief parted per fess of Argent and Azure, base wavy Sable.
Meaning:
The chief is referring to the fact that Deuerling belonged to the Imperial Lordship of Laaber, which had been acquired by the Wittelsbach kin in 1463. Since the 15th century water power was used, since 1580 especially to operate a hammer mill, represented by the mallets, which was mainly used for the production of copper. The base is representing the Schwarze Laaber (English: Black Laaber), a local river.
