Shield Argent an eradicated beech Vert.
Meaning:
The arms are based on a municipal seal from 1762, already displaying a tree, which had been formerly also denoted as linden. The tinctures were supposed by the State Archive and also used for the banner.

The banner was approved on 20 March 1968 by Minister of Interior of Baden-Württemberg, published in GABl 401/1968. The arms were adopted in 1933 by the local council.
