Shield Azure, a ram's head Argent armed Or.
Meaning:
The arms are based on the family arms of Knight Florian Geyer, who was born around 1490 in Giebelstadt and killed in 1525 near Rimpar. Actually being a diplomatist of several rulers, he moved to the leader of the "black squad" in the German Peasant's Revolt (1524 - 1526). The family later gained the title of an Imperial Count (German: Reichsgraf) and died out in 1708.
