Shield Gules parted by a bend sinister wavy, above right a millwheel Argent, beneath left a key Argent in bend sinister.
Meaning:
Wheel and bend sinister wavy are representing the Mühlbach (English: mill creek), also called "Quimaha". The key is an attribute of St. Peter, the local patron saint. The tinctures are those of the Bishopric of Würzburg.
