Shield parted per fess, above Or a Moor Sable issuant holding a rose proper with three blossoms by his right hand, beneath Azure two heraldic roses Argent seeded Or in fess.
Meaning:
The white roses are taken from the arms of the Counts of Wertheim, the negro with bunch of flowers displays the arms of the Barons of Wolfskeel.
