Sunrise (The Airship Age We Never Had) is a webcomic published
by John Wallie: The scenario is not so bad,
as to the drawings — J.W. is still developing.

This
page (isse 4, p.21) shows the flag of Camulia, a very small fictitious
country between Germany and Austria:
Shown only in b/w this flag is horizontally divided (two stripes) and has a
large section with a rounded end in the hoist, comprising about half the flag I
would say. On this section appears a three-spiked crown with a bonnet perhaps
worn by the country's leader (not a monarch?).

Oddly, the Camulians speak
a sort of French: Ben, ya kuron sunot drapo!

Del Sintoro is the other fictitious country mentioned
on this
page (issue 4, p. 21).
A black and white drawing of the flag shows it as: Horizontally divided (three stripes), a
vertical stripe in the centre over all and a black?, or at least dark, diamond
on that centre panel, touching the edges.
It is again seen here
(issue 4, page 25), with less detail. Tiny Del Sintoro is a small country
situated between Venezuela and Guyana exporting wood,
the rising price of which causes
a conflict with furniture exporter Camulia.
