- Communauté d'agglomération de Marne-la-Vallée - Val Maubuée (Champs-sur-Marne, Croissy-Beaubourg, Émerainville, Lognes, Noisiel, Torcy);
- Communauté d'agglomération de Brie Francilienne (Pontault-Combault and Roissy-en-Brie).
Administratively seated in Torcy, the authority does not have a border with the town of Paris but with Greater Paris (Métropole du Grand Paris, created in 2016).
The flag of the CAPVM (photo, Authority Hall), is white with the logo of the authority.

The CCPMF (23,572 inhabitants in 2013, 14,465 ha) was created in 2013 as the merger of:
- the former Communauté de communes du Pays de la Goële et du Multien (12
municipalities: Cuisy, Dammartin-en-Goële, Le Plessis-l'Évêque, Longperrier, Marchémoret, Montgé-en-Goële, Moussy-le-Neuf, Oissery, Saint-Mard, Saint-Pathus, Thieux, Villeneuve-sous-Dammartin);
- the former Communauté de communes de la Plaine de France (eight municipalities:
Juilly, Le Mesnil-Amelot, Mauregard, Moussy-le-Vieux, Nantouillet, Othis,
Rouvres, Vinantes);
- the former Communauté de communes des Portes de la Brie (13 municipalities:
Annet-sur-Marne, Charmentray, Charny, Claye-Souilly, Fresnes-sur-Marne,
Gressy, Iverny, Le Plessis-aux-Bois, Messy, Précy-sur-Marne,
Saint-Mesmes, Villeroy, Villevaudé);
- the municipality of Le Pin.
Another three municipalities (Compans, Mitry-Mory, Villeparisis) joined in 2014.
In 2015, the law organizing the Metropole du Grand Paris created a big
intermunicipal authority merging two former Communautés de communes in
Val-d'Oise and 17 municipalities from the CCPMF. In spite of the opposition of the CCPMF (which lost the richest municipalities and most of its tax revenues) and of the department of Seine-et-Marne, the Communauté d'agglomération
Roissy Pays de France was created in January 2016, leaving only 17 municipalities in the CCPMF (Claye-Souilly, Compans, Dammartin-en-Goële, Gressy,
Juilly, Le Mesnil-Amelot, Longperrier, Mauregard, Mitry-Mory,
Moussy-le-Neuf, Moussy-le-Vieux, Othis, Rouvres, Saint-Mard, Thieux,
Villeneuve-sous-Dammartin, Villeparisis).
Although Dammartin-en-Goële is no longer part of CCPMF, the seat of the CCPMF is still there (it would be too expensive for the CCPMF to build a new administrative seat on its current territory). The flag of the CCPMF (photo), hoisted there, is made of the rectangular logo of the authority with a thin white border. The logo was not modified with the change in membership of the CCPMF.
