Presentation of Nea Propontida

The municipality of Nea Propontida (36,500 inhabitants in 2011; 37,230 ha) was established in the 2011 local government reform as the merger of the former municipalities of Kallikrateia (Καλλικράτεια, 11,571 inh.), Nea Moudania (Νέα Μουδανιά, 9,342 inh.), and Tryglia (Τρίγλια, 5,862 inh.).
