The symbols of Domašinec were designed by the Heraldic Art d.o.o. company, from Rijeka, and approved by the Ministry of Administration / Central State Office for Administration before 2006.
The flag is in proportions 1:2, green with the coat of arms, bordered yellow, in the middle.

The coat of arms is "Vert two grain flails or in saltire".

The ceremonial flag is a green triangularly ending gonfalon with the coat of arms in the middle, beneath it two garbs of wheat, in the top inscription in two lines of the name of the municipality.
