The Flag

The flag of the town of Mishima is maroon with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Nov 3rd 1965 but there is no flag law. The maroon flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is stylized katakana ミシマ Mishima. The combined three letters symbolize a solidarity of the town people, the circle does a conformity and the sharp angle does a soar.
