Haga town in Tochigi adopted its flag on Oct 1st 1991.
proportion: 2:3
field: bright green
emblem: white
Stylized katakana Haga (ハガ) which stands for harmony and
development.
size of emblem is 3/5 of flag height.

The flag was adopted by notice No 22. The emblem was adopted 27 December
1956. It contains a stylised katakana ga ガ in the centre, in the shape
of an equilateral triangle, representing the three villages which combined to
form Haga town. Around this is a stylised ha ハ in the shape of a
circle, representing a harmonious town, and it's harmonious/peaceful
formation. The emblem represents the town's unlimited development/growth.
