The Flag

White Coat of arms on dark violet field. Stylized Kanji character NAKA 中 and Hiragana character NO (の) in the center. Coat of arms adopted in 1940. Flag unlegislated.

Nakano ward sent me a photo of the flag. The field color is standard purple, but not blue nor bluish purple.
