The flag of the town of Heguri is white with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Dec 1st 1970 by Notice No 11 but there is no
flag law. The white flag has a green town emblem in the center. The town emblem
is a stylized kanji 平 He of Heguri. The two bold lines in the center symbolize a
developing road and the top and the bottom lines do an interchange.
