The flag of the city of Koga is green with mark.

The city emblem was adopted on Jul 8th 1971 but there is no flag law. The green flag has an orange city emblem with a white fimbriation in the center. The city emblem is a stylized hiragana こ Ko of Koga. The holding arms represent the citizen’s firm solidarity and affinity.
