Located in Chiba City Chiba Prefecture and established in 1988.
The embroidered ceremonial flag has a purple background with a gold emblem in gold fringe.
The school emblem has "Rising Sun" on a background and "Wings of Hermes and Golden Scepter" with the word "大學" through it. The "staff" that Hermes, the god of commerce in Greek mythology, carried at all times symbolizes the economy, the "wings" that wrap around it represent leaps, development, and peace, and the "rising sun" represents the sunrise in Chiba, located in the east of Japan, and also symbolizes the bright future of the university and its students.
