Located in Tamamura Town Gunma Prefecture and established in 1980. The embroidered ceremonial flag has white background with a silver and blue emblem in the center and gold fringe. The university flag is pink with the university's emblem, in white, in the center. The university emblem is a powerful, dramatic design of the three mountains of Gunma (Akagi, Haruna, and Myogi) with the Chinese character for "學" in the center.
