Located in Kamogawa City Chiba Prefecture and established in 2012. The college flag has white background with a blue, gold, red and white emblem in the center. A ceremonial flag is also used by the university. Kameda has been involved in medical care for 11 generations, and its history dates back to the Kan'ei period in the Edo period. Jisho, the 6th generation, who studied Dutch studies in Nagasaki, felt the importance of education in medicine and established an academy beside the clinic. The academy was named Tessho-kan, and Kameda's philosophy of education, in which "clinical practice" and "education" are likened to two wheels on a cart axle, took root. This philosophy remains unchanged to this day, and the sotetsu（Cycad) planted in the garden of Tesshokan continues to watch over the young people who grow up to be splendid even though the times have changed. The college emblem is based on the motif of "Sotetsu,"(Cycad) the symbol of such Kameda Group, and "orchid flower," representing Jisho's study of Dutch studies in Nagasaki, which opened the door to learning. The blue and gold colors of the building, which evoke the "endless blue sea" and "sunshine" of Kamogawa River, represent the spirit of "HEART," the philosophy behind the establishment of the university. The design is by Ed Tsuwaki, who is active in various fields in Japan and abroad.
