The university flag has dark red background with a white emblem and the university name in white Chinese characters written horizontally. There is a variant flag used where the marketing logo is placed on a white background. The university emblem is designed in the seal script of the vertical "経大" kanji character.

The symbol mark flag has white background with a magenta symbol mark in the center without university name.
The center of the symbol mark is K for Kindness, which symbolizes the heart's desire to care for others and make the world a better place, and K for Keizai(economy), which symbolizes the power to understand and change the world. Magenta is the color of passion and reconciliation energy.
