Located in Kurayoshi City Tottori Prefecture and established in 2015. The college flag has blue background with a white emblem. The college emblem was designed from the constellation Cygnus (Cygnus Cygnus). It means to acquire a wide range of education and to be a shining light in society, just like the constellation Cygnus. It was designed by Dr. Toshima Araki, an astronomer, professor emeritus at Kyoto University, and the first president of Kyoto Sangyo University.

The symbol mark flag has white background with a green and yellowish green symbol mark with no college name. The symbol mark represents two leaves cuddling together, expressing the university's goal of human resources who can approach patients with a rich sense of humanity. The image colors of green and yellowish green represent the growth and development of people, as the colors evoke the youthfulness and freshness of new shoots.
