Flag

Located in Tsuruga City Fukui Prefecture and established in 2014. The university flag is a vertical flag with a white background and a blue and sky-blue logo mark with the school name written horizontally in black Chinese characters and in English. The logo mark represents the katakana "ツ”Tsu of Tsuruga in blue, which is the image of the sea of Tsuruga. The exclamation point in the shape of a rain drop represents the surprise of discovering the truth through study and the three elements of nursing care: knowledge, skill, and heart. The designer of the logo is credited to Miwa Ishida of the dee plus design agency.
