Description of the flag

Two separate flags for the Northern and Eastern provinces were unveiled last week in Trincomalee. Rear Admiral Mohan Wijewickrema, Governor of the Eastern Province and acting Governor of the Northern Province, handed over the Northern Province flag to the council’s Chief Secretary S.
