Present Arms and brand new flag adopted on June 23, 2003 (resolution
# VIII/53/03).
"Arms: on a red Spanish-style shield a golden plate on which the head
of Saint John the Baptist is placed (eyes closed, beard and hair black,
face - white)
Flag in the ratio 5:8 formed by two triangles, upper - white, lower
- red, separated by the yellow stripe, in slant, running from the upper
hoist corner to the lower fly corner. The yellow stripe should be of 1/5
of the width of the flag."
