Shield Sable with base wavy of Azure and Argent, issuant from base a bridge Argent masoned Sable with four archs, in chief an impending calvary Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials " "ALDEIA DA PONTE - SABUGAL".
Meaning:
The calvary is a local monument placed near the national road. The bridge is representing the local Roman bridge, the most important monument of the location, a canting element. The base wavy is representing Leserão River, famous for the Ribeira de Aldeia, the village's embankment.
