The flag is 2:3 with 90 deg. cut-out from the fly; horizontal stripes
of golden, white, dark blue, white and golden, the middle stripe being
of double height.

SLRV stands for "Sanctus Ladislaus Rex Ungariae" - Saint Ladislas, King
of Hungary (1040-1095); he was king from 1077 on, and died in Nitrra. He
was canonized in 1192. He is known in Hungary as Laszlo and is celebrated
27 June.
