Description of the flag

A white flag, with the town seal in the center in blue lines. The seal consists of a shield containing a forest scene at the top, lower dexter a church, and lower sinister a boot and a lady's bonnet. Around the seal is a ring with the town and state names and date of incorporation. Medway is in Norfolk County.
