The 1st and 4th quarters are paly of 6 pieces, or and sable, a bend dexter counterchanged. The 1st and 4th quarters consist of 6 vertical bars alternately gold and black with a band on which the colors are reversed, as in the state flag. The 2nd quarter is divided per bend sinister green over yellow, the 3rd quarter divided per bend sinister, yellow over green. Overall in the center a white disk with an outer white ring bearing the name and date, and an inner white field depicting a railroad station.
