After taking a trip to the Washington Grove town hall and asking if they had a town flag. The clerk presented me with their only town flag, which I have taken a photo of. According to the information the town clerk gave to me, the flag was adopted in the early 1980s as part of a community wide flag contest.
The flag is mostly a green field with a part of the upper fly side being brown. Overlaying the field is a golden oak leaf with an acorn on it. She didn't give any meaning on the symbolism, though considering Washington Grove is referred to as "the town within a forest", the flag represents the forest the town lies in.
