The flag

The flag of the Blue Earth County, Minnesota, is dark-blue with white application of the county seal on it, bordered (or fringed?) yellow. The seal shows a court house (?) over the white outlined map of the county and 1853 below. In the outer circle is inscribed "BLUE EARTH COUNTY / MINNESOTA".
