Description of the flag

The City of Brooklyn Center has informed me that it has no flag.

By using the old logo (from the city's Facebook page:
https://www.facebook.com/BrooklynCenterMN/photos/a.158534157677280/158534977677198/?type=1&theater, and from Wikipedia: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:BrooklynCenterLogo.svg), I drew what I think the flag looked like. This flag is no longer displayed in the city council hall, and a different logo is now used.
