The white flag at City Hall with a logo on it is the official logo of the
city. I am not aware if we have an “official” flag of the city. I have been here
since 2006 and we have not adopted one in that time. I do not know if one was
adopted prior to that time.
Inver Grove Heights city administrator.
So Inver Grove Heights (probably) doesn't have a flag, only a logo. I do
someday want us to have a cool flag, but as of now, the record may show that we
do not.

Here's an article from 2011 about an attempt to develop a new logo for IGH.
The present logo is at least 40 years old, so flags with it might be just as
old. An "official adoption" might have occurred long before 2006.
