Description of the flag

The new flag is based on a logo adopted by the city in 2022.

The flag can be seen at the right side of this photo, taken at the 2023 conference of the Mississippi Municipal League.

The flag of the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, is white with yellow/golden border. On its center is seal-like element - a blue circle with "1699" and two lilies on it and yellow/golden outer circle. Around it "OCEAN SPRINGS,MS" above and "CITY OF DISCOVERY" below. Johnnie Bernhard, Public Relations Administrative Officer of the City of Ocean Springs sent me PDF with image of the flag.
