The flag of Collin County is light blue with the county logo in the center.

"While designing the new Collin County Government Center in 1978 Steve Jarvis of the architectural firm Jarvis Putty Jarvis designed a logo for the county. The Texas State Flag was divided into a stylized letter C with the name Collin County appearing between the arms of the letter. The logo is seen on letterhead, vehicles, badges and other insignia of Collin County officials and property. The County Flag is formed by placing the logo, without the inscription, on a light blue field. The Commissioners' Court adopted this design on 11 September 1978.located by Olivier Touzeau, 25 August 2003
The vertical strip within the logo is 1/24 the diameter of the circle; the horizontal strip 1/6 the diameter.

to me by an individual who responded to my query through the Office’s
Facebook page.
