I saw this flag in Hoboken, NJ during an Italian festival. It is the flag of
Italy and the United States combined with "ITALIAN AMERICAN" written in bold red
on the bottom. Through some research I can see they also sell versions with the
Irish flag. I made a digital version of the flag and also attached the original
photograph.

This design is derived from the US national flag by repainting two red stripes
into green; the stripes repainted are the third and fifth from the top,
respectively, which leaves one red stripe in center and two red stripes at both
the top and the bottom. The flag was seen in New York City on 2019-10-14, during
the Columbus Day celebration. Photos from the event can be seen here:
