About the Flag of Bertioga

The flag of Bertioga, São Paulo, is from the website of the upper Tietê Valley tourist authority, but without any explanation. It is a green-white-blue vertical tricolor with the coat of arms on the center. The coat of arms is silver with a silver castle on a green fess, which is wavy in base. In chief are a red sun between two blue stars; in base is a red fish, or possibly a dolphin, embowed.
