The Coalition Sans-parti (Coalition without Party) released on 22 September
2011 a manifesto calling for the set up of a Constituent Assembly commissioned
to draft a new Constitution for Québec within two years. The Coalition is a
citizen's group managed by a provisory committee chaired by Nicolas Falcimaigne.
On 13 October 2011, the Coalition announced that 225 citizens had already signed
the manifesto.
