On 1 January 2016 Bas-Vully and Haut-Vully formed the new commune of Mont-Vully.

The commune of Bas-Vully was already presented here but with its 3 "parts" having each their own flag. At that time the villages of Nant, Praz and Sugiez were already merged (since 1850) into the new commune of Bas-Vully, but it is only recently that the new entity has adopted a distinct flag. You'll see that the new flag simply combines all 3 former communal flags on one only flag.
