In red, a white bar accompanied by three hexagonal stars (2/1).
The white bar in red is the flag of Austria, which gave the commune to the stewards of Frauenfeld. The three stars were taken from an older coat of arms.


Lustdorf (until 31 December 1994)

Split between white and red with two eagle wings in alternate colours.
The eagle wings are reminiscent of the lordship of Wellenberg, the colors are reminiscent of the monastery of Reichenau and the split shield refers to the division of the community between the two.
Since 1 January 1995 Lustdorf is part of Thundorf.


Wetzikon (until 31 December 1994)

In blue a white eagle.
The eagle is reminiscent of the old imperial fiefdom, The colours are reminiscent of the relationship to the Fischingen monastery.
Since 1 January 1995 Wetzikon is part of Thundorf.
