Shield Argent a fess wavy Azure, superimposed by a man statant dressed gules with hood Sable, holding a book Or with a black rooster combed Gules on its front.
Meaning:
The village was first mentioned around 1350 as "Prunn" or "Brunn" (= fountain). The man is St. Vitus, the local patron saint. As a distinguishing mark his name was added to the municipality's name, which means "fountain of Vitus".The fess wavy is representing the Zenn River.
