It is a white-black vertical bicolour. The coat of arms is shifted to the top (see right image above) or in a white bannerhead (see left image above).

Obernbreit Coat of Arms

Shield quartered of Argent and Sable.
Meaning:
The oldest known town seal from the 16th century displayed a quartered shield, beneath the shield the seal is filled with wavy lines symbolising the Main River, a supporting angel was issuant from the upper edge of the shield. As Obernbreit had been a possession of the Counts of Castellsince 1258, Otto Hupp (1925) and Klemens Stadler (1965) displayed the quartered shield in the tinctures of the counts, white and red. As the town around 1560 had been a possession of the Margraves of Brandenburg-Ansbach from the Zollern kin, the tinctures might have been white and black instead. According to Ralf Hartemink they were used by the town at least since 2014.
