Oldenburg Portugiesische Dampfschifffahrtsreederei (OPDR) - It is a blue flag with a red, off-centred cross touching the ends of the flag.
These are the colours of the former German state of Oldenburg. The intersection-point of crossbars is clearly shifted to the hoist. The ratio is estimated 1:2, which is unusual in Germany. The company is operating
mainly in Spain and Portugal. The white capital letters "O"(upper hoist), "P"(upper fly), "D"(lower hoist) and "R"(lower fly) are all shifted to the crossbars.
