In the episode “E Peterbus Unum”, patriarch Peter Griffin
secedes his property from the U.S. and briefly becomes an independent country
complete with flag. It’s a white field with the device of Peter
Griffin’s head with the letters PETORIA in a sans-serif font, in black,
below. [Here’s a

In one episode, protagonist Peter Griffin and his drinking buddies
retaliate for their favorite dive having been turned into an English pub by
reenacting the Boston Tea Party, only with a freighter-full of English beer.
The flag of their little “movement” is presented as evidence at
their trial.

This is the flag of the Special People’s Games, a parody of the
Special Olympics, from the US animated series
Family Guy. The show traffics in “edgy” — some would say
tasteless — humor, as is envident from the flag — the familiar
“disabled” symbol arranged to mimic the Olympic
rings.
