My-HiME is a 2005 anime series about a brother and sister who are
given a scolarship to a remote private school called Fuka Gakuen (Fuka
or Fuuka Academy), which - as is faily common in these cases - turns
out to be the focus of assorted supernatural hanky-panky - ground zero
for various ancient prophecies, besieged by demonic forces, covert
battleground of secret world-domination societies, etc., etc.
(Hopefully the ICV delegates are not having to contend with anything
like that, they sound like they're having too much fun already.)

The presumable flag of the school appears in the student council room,
but furled. It appears to be bright red with a black emblem (something
in a circle). One assumes that it is the same pattern as that worn as
an armband by the student council officers, red with a golden stylized
F, reproduced in darker colors as the logo on this merch.
