The Samaru Islands are an archipelago placed in Oceania, near Australia and New Zealand. This country is seen in the series' second season. It's shown as a typically Hollywood-style Pacific-area nation: people mixed white, insular natives and black, local order forces corrupt and incompetent, illegal weapons trade, political issues, etc. The team of the series visited this country during a pacification operation supported by the Australian government.
