It turns out that the Vintners and Dyers Companies (London guilds) share swan ownership with the Queen, and their boats also participate in the ritual. This article http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2015/07/22/globalpost-queen-elizabeth-swans/30506743/ includes a picture of a bunch of their boats together, showing the banners of both guilds.
